There are a large number of precious cultural relics in the city, which is known as the "Forbidden City of the South". In 2002, the architectural wonders "Nine-story Stilt House" and "Thousand-person Maogus" were both included in the Guinness World Records. In 2003, it was listed as a national AAAA-level scenic spot and a Zhangjiajie tourism boutique route. It is a must-visit place for national leaders and artists who come to Zhangjiajie for inspection.
